In the Bird Theater you are introduced to 22 protagonists from the Kinderdijk bird world. Some super rare, others commonplace, but that doesn’t mean less valuable. The design of this workshop space takes from the wind that plays a main role in this man-made landscape. The Bird Theater has an actual theater curtain in front of the window that can be opened by a tour guide to reveal the real life theater outside. The bar in front of the windows presents the different birds in image and song.
