A new concept for Douwe Egberts coffee and tea houses was introduced on the Oosterdok Island in Amsterdam.

The inspiration for the design goes back to the 1920s and 1930s, a time when Douwe Egberts experienced significant growth. The panelling, furniture and chrome features are a reference to that time.
